Terms of Service

These terms apply when you use SportsTownHQ (sportstownhq.com), a platform operated by BettsNation LLC ("SportsTownHQ", "we", "us"). By using it you agree to them.

What SportsTownHQ is

Youth sports organizations use SportsTownHQ to run registrations, ticketing, rosters and communication for their events. When you register a team or buy tickets, you are dealing with that organization. The organization sets its prices, deadlines, refund policy and event rules, and is responsible for its events.

Your account

• Give accurate information and keep it up to date.
• You are responsible for what happens under your account. Sign-in links are personal: don't forward them.
• Tell us at support@sportstownhq.com if you think someone else has used your account.

Payments and refunds

• Card payments are processed by Stripe and paid to the organization.
• Refunds, credits and transfers are the organization's decision under its own policy. Contact the organization first.

Text messages and emails

• Emails about what you did: when you register or buy, we send the emails that go with it (confirmation, receipt, payment reminders for a balance you owe) on the organization's behalf. These aren't marketing and don't need an opt-in.
• Texts are sent only if you opted in to that organization's texts. Marketing emails (for example, future events) are sent only if you asked for them, and every one has an unsubscribe link.
• For texts: message frequency varies, Msg & data rates may apply, reply STOP to opt out and HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. An organization's own texting terms are linked from its forms.

Using the service properly

Don't misuse SportsTownHQ: no false registrations, no one else's details without permission, no attempts to break, overload or get around the security of the service, and no unlawful or abusive content.

Organizations

Organizations using SportsTownHQ are responsible for their events, the accuracy of what they publish, the consents they rely on, and following the laws that apply to them, including messaging and youth-safety rules.

Our service

We work to keep SportsTownHQ available and accurate, but it is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for an organization's events, decisions or refunds. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the fees you paid through SportsTownHQ in the 12 months before the claim.

Ending use

You can stop using SportsTownHQ at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

Changes

If we change these terms, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the service means you accept the updated terms.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
